Buy a Heart, Save a Life
The pastor of Living Hope Church - Paul Schindler - gave everyone in the congregation a single dollar bill one Sunday morning early in 2008, and requested that everyone take that dollar and do something for someone else. That single dollar was turned into 100 shiny new pennies, and a blue heart was painted on the face of each penny. These pennies would be "sold" as a way to raise money to fund Living Hope for Life – and so the Buy A Heart, Save a Life campaign was started.
We have just recently developed a Heart Lapel Pin to replace the original pennies. These pins are now available, along with a few of the orginal Heart Pennies, and can be yours with any donation over $5.00. Simply pick whether you want a Heart Penny or a Heart Lapel Pin, click on the image below, and follow the instructions when you are taken to the PayPal donation page. All proceeds go directly to support the TV show or other local Pro-Life ministries.
